“Adam Stivaletta was the perfect agent for a time sensitive move during an important time for my family. With our second baby on the way, and desperate to get into a house with more space, we were looking to upgrade ASAP. We reached out to Adam in May, and within six weeks, we had closed on our new home and were under contract on the sale of our old one. Looking back, it was an incredibly stressful time personally but having Adam in our corner always made it feel like we could handle it. From day one, Adam gave us straightforward advice on small fixes that would make our Norwood place show better without major renovations or significant spending. We wanted to buy before selling, which somewhat complicated the financing, but he connected us with a lender who made it work seamlessly. What impressed me most was how Adam handled the buying side in a crazy market. He was relentless about staying in touch with listing agents, digging up details on competing offers, and tweaking our terms—closing date, inspection flexibility, even the cover letter—to keep us competitive. We didn’t have the highest initial bid on our new house and the seller received about a dozen offers, but Adam’s strategy kept us in the mix for the best and final round where we were able to have our offer accepted by a very narrow margin.
