I really appreciate the honesty and willingness to have that direct conversation, even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear in the moment. As it so happens, the market underwent a correction right after that and many of the homes comparable to ours that were on the market at the same time ended up having to drop their list prices, an unfortunate situation that Adam helped us avoid.
